SIR 2026 – Gujaratમાં મતદાર યાદીનું વિશેષ સઘન સંશોધન

રાજ્યમાં યોજાનારી સ્થાનિક તથા પર્યાયે વિધાનસભા ચૂંટણીની તૈયારીમાં, Election Commission of India (ECI) દ્વારા Special Intensive Revision (SIR) જાહેર કરવામાંમાં આવી છે. નીચે મુજબ SIR 2026 વિશે વિસ્તૃત રીતે જાણકારી, મહત્વ, સમય પાંચ્યુ અને શું કરવું તે તમામ ટુકડામાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

1. SIR શા માટે?

  • SIRનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ છે કે મતદાર યાદીઓમાં કોઇ લાયક વ્યક્તિ બહાર ન રહે અને ભૂલથી ગુજરાતમાં કોઈ અજ્ઞાત કે અનિયોજિત વ્યક્તિ નામ ધરાવતા ન થાય.
  • દરરોજ વિવિધ રાજ્યોમાં ચૂંટણી દરમિયાન “ડુપ્લિકેટ વોટર”, “અયોગ્ય દાખલાઓ” વગેરે મુદ્દાઓ સામે આવતાં હોય છે. SIR દ્વારા એક દ્રષ્ટિએ એવા પુરાવા અને ઘેર-ઓદર ચકાસણી દ્વારા સાફ-સુથારી કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન છે.
  • ખાસ કરીને, ગુજરાતમાં નિકટ-સમયમાં સ્થાનિક સ્વ-પ્રશાસન અને મહાનગરપાલિકાની ચૂંટણી (જ્યારે ઘણા મતદાર ભાગ લેશે) આવે છે, તેથી યુનિટ-યુનિટ પર સરળ, નક્કર અને અપડેટેડ મતદાર યાદી જરૂરી છે.

2. SIR 2026નું સમયપત્રક & પ્રક્રિયા

ચરણ સમયગાળો કાર્ય
ઘેર-ઘેર ચકાસણી 4 નવેમ્બર 2025 – 4 ડિસેમ્બર 2025 રાજ્યભરમાં Booth Level Officers (BLOs) દ્વારા હાઉસ-ટુ-હાઉસ ફોર્મનું વિતરણ અને વિગતો એકઠી કરવી છે.
ડ્રાફ્ટ મતદાર યાદી જાહેર 9 ડિસેમ્બર 2025 સંભવિત ઉમેરાઓ/કાપણાં વિશે જાહેરપણે વિવેચન થવું.
દાવા/આક્ષેપ કરવાની ટર્મ 9 ડિસેમ્બર 2025 – 8 જાન્યુઆરી 2026 જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિનું નામ ખૂટ્યું હોય અથવા ભૂલ હોય તો તેના માટે અરજી કરવાનો સમય.
સુનાવણી & અંતિમ કાર્યવાહી 9 જાન્યુઆરી 2026 – 31 જાન્યુઆરી 2026 દાવા-આક્ષેપ સંબંધી સમીક્ષા, બ્લૂ પ્રકારની કાર્યવાહી.
અંતિમ મતદાર યાદી પ્રકાશન 7 ફેબ્રુઆરી 2026 વસૂલ મોડેલ અનુસાર SIR અંતમાં નવી યાદી જાહેર થવું.

આ પ્રમાણે, SIR 2026 સમગ્ર SIR પ્રક્રિયા ગુજરાતમાં લગભગ નવેમ્બર 2025 થી ફેબ્રુઆરી 2026 સુધી ચાલી રહી છે.

3. ગુજરાતમાં SIR અને વિશિષ્ટ સંખ્યાંઓ

  • ગુજરાતની અંદર લગભગ 5.08 કરોરી મતદારોને આવરી લેવા માટે 50,963 BLOs (Booth Level Officers) नियुक्त થયા છે.
  • BLOs દ્વારા ઘેર-ઘેર ફોર્મ વહેંચવાની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલી રહી છે — દરેક ઘરામા વિગતો ભરીને પાછી લેવામાં આવશે.
  • રાજ્યમાં વસવાટ કરતા મતદારો માટે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજોની યાદી પણ જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે.

4. તમે શું કરી શકો? (તમારી ભૂમિકા)

તમને અહીં વિચારવા-અને-ક્રિયા કરવાનો માર્ગ બતાવવામાં આવ્યો છે:

  1. તમારી વિગતો ચકાસો – તમારું નામ, સરનામું, જન્મદિવસ ઇত্যાદિ સાચું છે કે નહીં — જો ભૂલ હોય તો BLO અથવા ઓનલાઈન દ્વારા સુધારો કરો.
  2. તમારા ઘરે આવનાર BLO છે ત્યારે સહયોગ આપો – ફોર્મ ભરીને BLOને પાછું આપવાથી પ્રોસેસ ઝડપથી આગળ જશે.
  3. દસ્તાવેજો તૈયાર રાખો – જો BLO અથવા અધિકારી કોઈ વિગતો ચકાસી શકે, તો આધારકાર્ડ, નિવાસપ્રમાણપત્ર, જન્મતર દાખલો વગેરે જરૂરી હોઈ શકે છે.
  4. દાવા/આક્ષેપ સમયગાળામાં કાર્યવાહી કરો – જો તમે જોઈતા મતદાર યાદીમાં નથી અથવા ભૂલ છે, તો 9 ડિસેમ્બર 2025–8 જાન્યુઆરી 2026 દરમિયાન અરજી કરો.
  5. સક્રિય રહો – SIR કોઈ એક અધિકારીનો કામ નથી, આપના અને સમુદાયના સહયોગથી વધુ અસરકારક બની શકે છે.

5. SIR નો પ્રભાવ – કોઇ મહત્વના મુદ્દા

  • યોગ્ય અને અપડેટેડ મતદાર યાદી દ્વારા આગામી ચૂંટણી (સ્થાનિકcorporation, પાર્ટી ચૂંટણીઓ) વધુ પારદર્શક, નિષ્પક્ષ અને અસરકારક બની શકે છે.
  • પરંતુ જો યોગ્ય રીતે સંચાલન ન થાય તો, કોઇ યોગ્ય વ્યક્તિનું નામ બહાર રહી જવાની ચિંતા છે; એ માટે માર્ગદર્શકો, અધિકારીઓ અને નાગરિકો સૌ દાયિત્વવાળાં છે.
  • આ પ્રક્રિયા માત્ર સરકાર-અધિકારીમાત્ર માટે નહિ — નાગરિકોની ભાગીદારી એ ખૂબ જ મહત્વની છે.

6. નિષ્કષ (Conclusion)

ગુજરાતમાં SIR 2026 એ માત્ર ‘ફોર્મ ભરવાનો’ અભિયાન નહિ, પણ સમુદાય ભાગીદારી, સચેત મતદારો, અને જાગૃત નાગરિકતાની સીમા પુખ્ત કરવાનો અવસર છે. જો આપણી વિગત સાચી છે, તો ઉમેરવાની જરૂર થાય તો ઉમેરીએ — ભૂલ હોય તો સુધારીએ — જેથી આપણી દરેક મતદાન અધિકાર સાચવી શકાય.

આ રીતે SIR 2026 પગલાંઓમાં સમજીને આગળ વધવું, આપણા લોકશાહી વ્યવસ્થાને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવશે. આવો, બાંધીએ એક સાચી અને અપડેટેડ મતદાર યાદી સાથે એક સક્રિય અને જવાબદાર નાગરિક તરીકે ભાગ લઈએ.

 પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ ડિપ્લોમાં સને ૨૦૨૫-૨૬ પ્રથમ વર્ષ (D.EI.Ed ) ( પી.ટી.સી.)પ્રવેશ અંગેની જાહેરાત









રાજયમાં એન.સી.ટી.ઇ. દ્વારા માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત સરકારી/બિનસરકારી અનુદાનિત,તેમજ સ્વનિર્ભર અધ્યાપન મંદિર અને જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અને તાલીમ ભવનોમાં ગુજરાતી/હિન્દી/ઉર્દુ/મરાઠી અને અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમમાં ચાલતા બે વર્ષના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ ડિપ્લોમાં (D.EL.ED) અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા ઉમેદવારોએ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૫-૨૬ માટે શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા.૩૦/૬/૨૦૨૦ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંકઃ ટીસીએમ/૧૪૧૨/૭૦૨/ન ની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર વિ-કેન્દ્રીકૃત પ્રવેશ નીતિ મુજબ ઉક્ત અભ્યાસક્રમ ચલાવતી યાદી મુજબની સંસ્થાઓને સીઘી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકશ્રીની કચેરીની web site: gujarat-education.gov.in/primary પર સંસ્થાઓની યાદી મુકવામાં આવેલ છે. જે નીચે ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશો. આ સંસ્થાઓમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે સંસ્થા દ્વારા નિયત કરવામાં આવેલ નમૂનાનાં ફોર્મ મેળવી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ઉમેદવાર એક કરતા વધુ સંસ્થામાં પણ અરજી કરી શકશે અને ઉમેદવારને મેરીટના ઘોરણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.


ફોર્મ ભરવાની સમય મર્યાદા

તા.૨૯/૦૫/૨૦૨૫ થી તા ૧૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ (રવિવાર સિવાય) સવારના ૧૧-૦૦ થી સાંજના ૫-૦૦ કલાક દરમ્યાનજે અઘ્યાપન મંદિરમા પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ઈચ્છતા હોય તે અઘ્યાપન મંદિર ખાતે રૂ.૨૫/- રોકડા ચૂકવી પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ મેળવી શકશે અને ભરેલ ફૉર્મ તે અઘ્યાપન મંદિરમાં તા.૧૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ સાંજે ૫-૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં પરત આપવાના રહેશે. 

ફોર્મ સાથે જમા કરાવવાના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ

પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ જમા કરાવતી વખતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જેવા કે, એચ.એસ.સી.માર્કશીટ,ટ્રાયલ સર્ટીફીકેટ,સ્કુલ લીવીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ, દિવ્યાંગતાનો દાખલો,જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર સાથે જોડવાના રહેશે. સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ તા.૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૫ પછીનું નોન ક્રિમીલેયર (Non creamy layer) સર્ટીફિકેટ રજુ કરવાનુ રહેશે અને તે અગાઉનું નોન-ક્રિમીલેયર સર્ટીફીકેટ હશે તો તેની માન્યતા મુદત તા ૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૬ સુધીની હોવી જોઈશે. ‘આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગો (EWS) માટેના પાત્રતા પ્રમાણપત્રોની માન્યતા મુદત તા ૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૬ સુધીની હોવી જોઈશે.

પ્રવેશ માટે જરૂરી શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત

 ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક પ્રમાણપત્ર પરીક્ષા (ધોરણ-૧૨) વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ, સામાન્યપ્રવાહ, વ્યવસાયલક્ષી અને ઉતર બુનિયાદી પ્રવાહમાં ઉત્તીર્ણ કરેલ હોવી જોઇશે.

પ્રવેશ માટે લઘુતમ ગુણ

ઉમેદવાર ધોરણ-૧૨માં નિયત કરેલ પ્રવાહોની પરીક્ષામાં કુલ ગુણમાંથી ઓછામાં ઓછા ૫૦ ટકા ગુણ મેળવેલા હોવા જોઇએ પરંતુ અનામત કક્ષાઓ જેવી કે અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ, સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ તેમજ આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના ઉમેદવારે ઓછામાં ઓછા ૪૫ ટકા ગુણ મેળવેલા હોવા જોઇએ.

પ્રવેશનું માધ્યમ

ઉમેદવારે જે માધ્યમમાં ધોરણ-૧૦ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ હશે તે જ માધ્યમમાં પ્રવેશને પાત્ર રહેશે.

વયમર્યાદા

જે ઉમેદવારો તા.૦૧/૦૭/૨૦૨૫ના રોજ ૨૪ વર્ષથી વધુ ઉંમરના ન હોય તેવા તમામ ઉમેદવારો પ્રવેશપાત્ર ગણાશે. અનુસૂચિત જાતિ / અનુસુચિત જનજાતિ, સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ (બક્ષીપંચના) તેમજ આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે ઉંમરમાં ૫ વર્ષની છૂટછાટ રહેશે અને ૩૩ વર્ષની ઉમર સુધીના વિધવા બહેનો પ્રવેશને પાત્ર રહેશે.

અનામત બેઠકો

અનુસૂચિત જાતિ ૭ %, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ ૧૫ % વિકલાંગ ઉમેદવારો માટે જે તે કેટેગરીમાં ૫ % બેઠકો સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૨૭ % અનામત રહેશે તથા આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૧૦% બેઠકો અનામત રહેશે.

આ યોજના કમિશનર શાળાઓની કચેરી ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના માટે લાભ મેળવવા માંગતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી ઓનલાઈન અરજી ફોર્મ મંગાવવામાં આવેલા છે. આઈ સ્કોલરશીપ ની અંદર લાભ મેળવવા માટે કેટલાક પાત્રતા અને શરતો છે જેના આધારે આ યોજનાની અંદર અરજી કરી શકાય છે. આ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના જ્ઞાન શક્તિ રેસીડેન્સીયલ સ્કુલ એક્સલન્સ શક્તિ સ્કૂલ અંતર્ગત પ્રાથમિક મેરીટ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટેની જાહેરાત કમિશનર શાળાઓની કચેરી ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલી છે.


મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ શિષ્યવૃતિ યોજના માટે પાત્રતા 

  • વિદ્યાર્થી ધોરણ એક થી પાંચ સુધીનો અભ્યાસ કોઈપણ માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત સરકારી શાળામાંથી કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ.
  • જે પણ બિનસરકારી નિર્ભર અને દાનિત પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં જો અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય તો વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વર્ષ 2024 ની અંદર સી.ઇ.ટી એટલે કે એન્ટ્રસ્ટ ટેસ્ટ આપવાનો રહેશે ત્યારબાદ આ યોજના માટે તે માન્ય ગણાશે.
  • સી.ઇ.ટી ટેસ્ટમાં જે પણ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઉત્તીર્ણ થશે તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જ પ્રાથમિક મેડિટ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવશે.
  • આ યોજનાનું લાભ મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવી ફરજિયાત છે જે પણ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરે છે તેમને આ યોજનાનું લાભ મળી શકશે.

Gnan Sadhana Scholarship Eligibility
  • Gyan Sadhana Scholarship 2025 In this scholarship scheme students will be selected for the scholarship through examination. For which the following eligible students can fill the form.
  • Have passed class 8 after studying class 1 to 8 consecutively in a government or grant-aided primary school.
  • OR Have studied up to 8th standard after getting admission in class 1st under RTE ADMISSION scheme.
Examination Fee
  • There is no examination fee of any kind for filling the form for the examination for this scholarship scheme.
Structure of the test
Selection of students in Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme will be done through examination. In which the structure of the test will be as follows.
  • The question paper of this test will be of 120 marks and the time will be 150 minutes.
  • The question paper of the test will be in Gujarati/English language.
  • A student can take the exam in Gujarati or English as the medium of their choice.

Scholarship Amount
  • 9th and 10th Annual Rs. 20000 scholarship is available.

  • First of all the student has to fill the form for this scholarship exam.
  • Then the provisional selection list will be declared based on the cut merit through the test.
  • Then the documents are verified at the district level.
  • Then the final merit list and selection list are released.
Online application process
  • First of all one has to go to the official website of the State Examination Board https://www.sebexam.org/.
  • Click on Apply Online in it.
  • Select Jnana Sadhana Proficiency Test in it.
  • After that, entering the student’s Adhar UDI number in the opened form, the required information of the student will be available.
  • Then submit the other requested information and upload the student’s photo and signature.
  • Finally check your form and confirm.
  • Take a print out of this form.

જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પાત્રતા (Gyan Sadhana Scholarship)


Gyan Sadhana Scholarship 2023; આ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના મા સ્કોલરશીપ માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પરીક્ષા દ્વારા પસંદગી કરવામા આવશે. જેના માટે નીચેની પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ફોર્મ ભરી શકે છે.

  • સરકારી કે ગ્રાન્ટેડ પ્રાથમિક શાળામા ધોરણ 1 થી 8 સળંગ અભ્યાસ કરી ધોરણ 8 ઉતિર્ણ કરેલ હોય.
  • અથવા RTE ADMISSION યોજના હેઠળ સ્વનિર્ભર શાળામા ધોરણ 1 મા પ્રવેશ મેળવી ધોરણ 8 સુધી અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય.

પરીક્ષા ફી– Exam Fees

  • આ સ્કોલર્શીપ યોજના માટે પરીક્ષા માટે ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે કોઇ પણ પ્રકારની પરીક્ષા ફી રાખવામા આવેલ નથી.

કસોટીનુ માળખુ– Structure of the test


જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના મા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પસંદગી પરીક્ષા દ્વારા કરવામા આવશે. જેમા કસોટીનુ માળખુ નીચે મુજબ હશે.

  • આ કસોટીનુ પ્રશ્ન પત્ર 120 ગુણનુ રહેશે તથા સમય 150 મિનિટ રહેશે.
  • કસોટી નુ પ્રશ્ન પેપર ગુજરાતી/અંગ્રેજી ભાષામા રહેશે.
  • વિદ્યાર્થી ગુજરાતી કે અંગ્રેજી જે માધ્યમ પસંદ કરે તે માધ્યમ મા પરીક્ષા આપી શકશે.

આ યોજનામા વિદ્યાર્થીને નીચે મુજબ સ્કોલરશીપ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

  • ધોરણ 9 અને 10 મા વાર્ષિક રૂ. 20000 સ્કોલરશીપ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
  • ધોરણ 11 અને 12 મા વાર્ષિક રૂ. 25000 સ્કોલરશીપ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા- Selection Process


આ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા નીચે મુજબ છે.

  • સૌ પ્રથમ વિદ્યાર્થીએ આ સ્કોલરશીપ પરીક્ષા માટે ફોર્મ ભરવાનુ રહેશે.
  • ત્યારબાદ કસોટી દ્વારા કટ મેરીટ ના આધારે પ્રોવિઝનલ સીલેકશન લીસ્ટ જાહેર કરવામા આવશે.
  • ત્યારબાદ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ડોકયુમેન્ટ ચકાસણી કરવામા આવે છે.
  • ત્યારબાદ ફાઇનલ મેરીટ લીસ્ટ અને સીલેકશન લીસ્ટ બહાર પાડવામા આવે છે.

જ્ઞાન સાધના સ્કોલરશીપ માટે ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે નીચે મુજબની પ્રક્રિયા કરવાની રહેશે.

  • સૌ પ્રથમ રાજય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડની ઓફીસીયલ વેબસાઇટ https://www.sebexam.org/ પર જવાનુ રહેશે.
  • તેમા Apply Online પર ક્લીક કરો.
  • તેમા જ્ઞાન સાધના પ્રખરતા કસોટી પસંદ કરો.
  • ત્યારબાદ ઓપન થયેલા ફોર્મ મા વિદ્યાર્થીનો Adhar UDI નંબર નાખતા વિદ્યાર્થીની જરૂરી માહિતી આવી જશે.
  • ત્યારબાદ માંગવામા આવેલી અન્ય માહિતી સબમીટ કરો અને વિદ્યાર્થીનો ફોટો અને સહિ અપલોડ કરો.
  • છેલ્લે તમારુ ફોર્મ ચકાસી કંફર્મ આપો.

Gujarat Adarsh Nivasi Shala Admission 2023: ગુજરાત સરકારના સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ અંતર્ગતના વિકસતિ જાતિ કલ્યાનની કચેરી દ્વારા ધો.૯, ૧૦ અને ૧૨ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટેની અરજી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની ઓફિશિયલ જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે જે તા.૩૦/૦૫/૨૦૨૩ સુધીમાં ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળામાં પ્રવેશ માટેના માપદંડ/પાત્રતા

  • આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાઓમાં ધો.૯, ૧૦ અને ૧૨ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટેની અરજી ઓનલાઈનથી જ કરવાની રહેશે. અરજી સાથેના જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો પણ ઓનલાઇનથી અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
  • પ્રવેશ માટે અરજી કરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીએ ગત વર્ષની વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષામાં ઓછામાં-ઓછા ૫૦% ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જરૂરી છે.
  • કન્યાઓના કિસ્સામાં ૪૫% ગુણ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ અરજી કરી શકાશે.
  • અનુ. જાતિ/અનુ. જન જાતિ/સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ પૈકી વધુ પછાત/અતિ પછાત/વિચરતી વિમુકત જાતિના બાળકો તેમજ અપંગ, વિધવા તથા ત્‍યક્તા બહેનોના બાળકોના કિસ્‍સામાં ગત વર્ષના પરીણામમાં ૪૫% ગુણ મેળવેલ અરજદારો અરજી કરી શકશે.
  • વિદ્યાર્થીના પિતા/વાલીની વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ.૬,૦૦,૦૦૦/- સુધીની હોય તેઓ અરજી કરી શકશે.
  • પ્રવેશ માટે મળેલ અરજીઓ મુજબ ગુણના આધારે મેરીટ પ્રમાણે તથા સરકારશ્રીની વખતોવખતની સૂચના પ્રમાણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધ્યાનમાં લેવાની બાબત

  • અરજી કરતા પહેલા વિદ્યાર્થીએ www.esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in ઉપર મુકવામાં આવેલ સુચનાઓ ધ્યાને લેવી.
  • વિદ્યાર્થીએ સક્ષમ અધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ પિતા/વાલીની વાર્ષિક આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે.
  • અરજીમાં અધૂરી વિગતો દર્શાવેલ હોય તેમજ માંગવામાં આવેલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અધૂરા હશે તો અરજી માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે નહી.
  • અરજી સબમીટ કર્યા બાદ અરજીમાં સુધારા/વધારા થઈ શકશે નહી.

Educational Qualification: 

  • Eligibility Required – (as of the last date of online application)
    (1) Must have passed Class-10th (SSCE) or its equivalent Government recognized examination from a Government recognized board.
    (2) Should have such relevant work skills as may be prescribed by the Gujarat High Court from time to time.
    (3) Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi language.

Age Limit: 

  • A Candidate applying for the post shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 33 years of age, as of the Last Date for submitting the Online Application

Application Fees: 

  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, Differently Abled Persons [PH – only Orthopaedically disabled], and Ex-Servicemen shall be required to pay Fees of ₹300/- plus the usual Bank Charges and all other candidates shall be required to pay Fees of ₹600/- plus the usual Bank Charges via “Print Application/Pay Fee” Button through SBI e-Pay, provided on the webpage of HC-OJAS Portal https://hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in
